Greater Pacific Construction recently completed a home renovation and room addition project in Orange’s Cowan Heights community. The property is a stunning multi-level home that is fitted with world-class finishes. The scope of work included exterior California Room construction and remodeling of attached guest house. We installed new flooring, new wall coating and painting, drywall and finishing. It also involved installation of new low voltage wiring, lighting, new hardwired smoke detector system and interior doors. We needed to reconfigure the interior layout by building new partition walls to create and separate spaces. We had to change all existing hardware on doors to match new design.
